I have had a varied and wide career tied closely to real estate.  My first job was working for my families construction company at 12 years old.  I worked summers and breaks for 10 years while finishing school. I learned framing, building forms and pouring concrete, excavation, and much more. After graduating from Washington State University, I worked for over 20 years in the banking industry, focused on purchasing and securitizing mortgage backed securities.  I have underwritten countless loans and reviewed tens of thousands of appraisals.  I worked up to a Senior Vice President level at Bank of America in marketing. 

I reside here in Leavenworth with my wife of 26 years and I have 4 children that have gone through the Cascade School District. I am currently the president of the local non profit softball association here in Leavenworth. We are heavily embedded and invested in our little Bavarian community.  I cant imagine living someplace else. (Well, when I'm clearing my driveway of snow for the umpteenth time I sometimes think of living on a beach in Hawaii...)
